Do you create the FBA shipment plan and split shipments between Amazon fulfillment centers?
+
Yes. With authorized access to your Seller Central account, our team can create the shipment plan, enter box-content information, review Amazon's available placement options, and separate inventory according to Amazon's assigned destinations. We then prepare the cartons or pallets, apply the required labels, and coordinate the outbound shipments.
Can you help us choose the most cost-effective Amazon placement option?
+
Yes. Amazon may offer minimally split, partially split, or Amazon-optimized shipment options. We can compare the estimated placement fees, transportation costs, and operational requirements before the shipment is confirmed. Our goal is to help you understand the total landed cost — not simply select the option with the fewest destinations.
Can our manufacturers or suppliers ship products directly to your warehouse?
+
Absolutely. Your domestic or international suppliers can send inventory directly to Brick & Mortar Logistics. We receive the shipment, verify the cartons and quantities, inspect for visible damage, and prepare the products for Amazon. Any shortages, overages, labeling problems, or damaged cartons can be documented before the inventory moves forward.
What FBA preparation services do you provide?
+
We can provide FNSKU labeling, barcode coverage, poly-bagging, bubble wrapping, bundling, multipack assembly, suffocation-warning labels, expiration-date labeling, carton preparation, palletization, and other product-specific services. Every project is reviewed against the applicable Amazon requirements before shipment.
Can you handle both small-parcel and palletized FBA shipments?
+
Yes. We prepare shipments moving by small-parcel delivery as well as LTL or palletized freight. This can include carton labels, box-content data, pallet labels, pallet configuration, and carrier coordination. Amazon's Send to Amazon workflow requires different information depending on the selected shipping method, and we manage those steps as part of the process.
What happens if our inventory arrives incorrectly labeled or does not meet Amazon's requirements?
+
We do not automatically forward noncompliant inventory to Amazon. Our team identifies the issue and provides a recommended correction, such as relabeling, repackaging, barcode coverage, bundle correction, or carton replacement. If the problem affects the product itself or requires a business decision, we contact you for approval before performing additional work.
Do you track shipments after they leave your warehouse?
+
Yes. We maintain the outbound shipment details and tracking or freight information for every shipment. We can help monitor delivery progress and provide the documentation needed to investigate shipments that are delayed, misrouted, or not fully received. Amazon controls the final receiving and reconciliation process, but we help ensure you have a clean documentation trail from our warehouse to Amazon.
Can you store inventory and send smaller replenishment shipments to Amazon over time?
+
Yes. You can store inventory with Brick & Mortar Logistics and replenish Amazon based on your preferred schedule, inventory levels, or sales velocity. This allows you to avoid sending all available inventory into FBA at once and can help reduce unnecessary Amazon storage exposure. We can support scheduled replenishments or shipment requests initiated by your team.
